Preparing yourself for contracts, commissioning and long-term survival

It is easy to get drawn into day-to-day work and operational issues and lose sight of the bigger picture or any longer-term strategies, but with the current economic climate and constantly changing third sector it is essential that small organisations understand what they need to have in place in order to be able to compete and survive. This course looks at what an organisation needs to have in place for it to be taken seriously by any funder or commissioner, strategic planning tools and an overview of financial options for survival.

Who for?

This course is designed for managers, trustees and anyone involved in fundraising in small voluntary and community organisations wishing to look at options for survival and sustainability.
